I made 2 batches on Friday, one with ginger and one with peppermint. Today is Monday and they are all gone! I am the only one eating them. (I'm greedy and won't share with my kids, but since I used stevia, my kids don't want them anyway.)
I'm going to make more when I'm done writing here, but I'm going to add the coconut flakes and make a cinnamon batch! Thank you!!
FYI, the powdered coconut milk is from Wilderness Family Naturals, the peppermint oil is from Frontier, and the stevia is Sweet Leaf.
