This interview with "The Future of Food" creator Ms Garcia offers insights into her in-depth investigation of the truth behind genetically engineered foods that fill our grocery store shelves. She tells the story of one Canadian farmer's legal fight with Monsanto and how, after years of legal battles has won the right to not pay Monsanto anything because pollen from genetically modified canola had contaminated his fields.
