Mineral Chocolate

I'm a chocoholic also!! This is my recipe, which I vary depending on what's in the cupboards at the time.

Ingredients:

1 cup virgin coconut oil
1 cup cocoa powder
Agave nectar to taste (to sweeten)
1 tablespoon of marine phyto plankton (98 vitamins and minerals right there, Baby!)
Any combination of the below:

Crushed chia seeds (adds a nice crunch)
Chopped goji berries
Dried fruit -raisins/craisins/dates/mango...
Any nuts chopped-or not
Candied ginger (which I'm in love with)
Cayenne pepper or chili flakes
Wheat germ
Ground flax seeds

Sometimes I put oatmeal in with whatever else I have to make more of an energy bar.
