A wise man once said that if you don't know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else. And another sage has said that if you aim at nothing, you're sure to hit it.

You do need a plan. But before you make your plan you have to have a goal. Without a well thought-out goal, you may end up somewhere else.

If your goal is to find natural health strategies that will lead you to sustainable health and well-being, reliable, up-to-date information on health issues will be a great help you.

Information Availability and Reliability

Most of us have access these days to an overwhelming amount of facts and information. One of the challenges we face is making sure our information is accurate. Finding accurate information about natural strategies can be a challenge.

Let’s just say for the moment that our information and facts are accurate. The next challenge lies in knowing how to interpret those facts.

The way you see the problem
can be a large part of the problem.

But facts are facts, aren’t they? Yes and no. Facts are facts, but how you interpret them will depend on what you use to interpret them with – your paradigm.

So before you make your goals and plans, it’s a good idea to review your paradigms and make sure they are the right ones for your purpose. You will want accurate paradigms on which to base your health strategies.

It is vital to question the health paradigm or model that influences your thinking processes, and therefore your attitudes and behavior. If you don’t question it, you’ll probably end up accepting whatever conclusions flow from that paradigm or your TV. But if your paradigm is flawed, those conclusions (from which your attitudes and behavior flow) will most likely not lead you & your family to your desired goal – good health.

Paradigms are like maps. They help us navigate and get around. It won’t do any good to have the best map in the world, or the most expensive one for that matter, if you are in Paris and the map you just purchased is of Los Angeles.

If you want different results from what you are currently getting, you need to do something differently.

Definition of insanity: Doing the same things over and over but expecting different results.

Don’t let that be you.
