Sugar-free Version

I make these chocolates without any sugar or sugar substitutes, using half cocoa half carob powder (and a pinch of vanilla). I was amazed myself that this is sweet enough, as I do have a very sweet tooth :-)

I have also made a special version for guests, adding 2 Tbs of maple syrup and decorating with half a walnut on top (in ice cube tray). They look and taste delicious!
